This year, NatureSweet received seven awards for programs derived from UPoP, including: Powerful Brand Immersion, Best Use of Teamwork and Best Global Leadership Program, among others, according to a press release.
NatureSweet designed its UPoP model for associate training and development. The program is espoused of a carefully crafted talent selection and management process that ensures current and prospective associates are aligned with the brand's commitment to having a positive social, environmental and economic impact on the communities in which it serves.
