Prism’s sweet midi bell peppers mature from light green to orange, and then to red. They can be harvested at all stages of maturity for a multicolored “mix” on each plant. Perfect for stuffed peppers and eating fresh in salads and recipes. The plants are resistant to bacterial leaf spot 0-3, 7 and 8.
