Ark Foods is releasing two new salad kit flavors: the Honey Mustard Pretzel Salad and the Blue Cheese Cornbread Salad.
“With salad kits now reaching 28% of households, it’s clear they’ve become a true staple for families across the country,” said Noah Robbins, founder & CEO of Ark Foods. “At Ark Foods, we’ve directed our R&D toward creating a new generation of salad kits: unique flavor-driven blends crafted from simple and clean ingredients, designed to make enjoying vegetables both effortless and inspiring.”

The Honey Mustard Pretzel Salad includes honey mustard dressing, chopped romaine, red cabbage, shredded carrots and waffle pretzels, while the Blue Cheese Cornbread Salad includes blue cheese dressing, chopped romaine, red cabbage, shredded carrots and cornbread croutons.
These new launches join Ark Foods’ lineup of Chopped Salad Kits, including Taco Truck, Crunchy Sesame Ramen and Sweet Kale Lemon Poppyseed.
“Retailers are eager for differentiation in the salad category, and these new flavors provide them with something truly distinctive to offer,” said Eduardo Mestre, chief operating officer at Ark Foods. “We’ve reimagined classic, familiar flavors in a way that sparks shopper curiosity while maintaining the clean, fresh standards Ark Foods is known for. Our goal is to exceed expectations with offerings that stand out, prioritizing health and wellness rather than replicating what already exists on the shelf.”
