Biological crop protection company BioWorks has appointed Jason Miller as director of sales and distributor relations manager.
In this role, Miller will lead BioWorks’ North American sales strategy with a focus on aligning biological solutions to grower production systems while strengthening channel and distributor partnerships.
Miller brings more than 20 years of experience in the greenhouse, nursery and specialty agriculture markets. Most recently, Miller served as senior portfolio manager for branded technology and biological solutions at Wilbur-Ellis, where he managed a portfolio of biopesticide, herbicide and plant health products.
In the role, he drove sustainable business growth by aligning product lines with grower needs and strengthened operational efficiency across the supply chain. He also worked closely with cross-functional teams including regulatory, operations, finance and marketing to support compliant product introductions and effective field performance under real-world growing conditions.
Prior to Wilbur-Ellis, Miller spent more than 15 years with OHP, where he held roles including regional sales manager, western U.S. team leader and interim director of sales. There, he helped modernized distributor programs and played a key role in the development and commercialization of multiple crop protection products.
“Jason’s deep understanding of biological products and field execution makes him an outstanding addition to the BioWorks team,” said Troy Bettner, vice president of commercial operations. “His experience and collaborative approach will be instrumental as we continue to expand our biological solutions portfolio for growers and partners.”
