Bowery, the New York-based vertical farming company, announced that has announced a partnership with fast casual salad chain sweetgreen.
From March 30 through June 7, the 'Bowery Bowl' will be sold in all 45 sweetgreen locations in the tri-state area. The bowl features Bowery's spring mix, cucumber, roasted sweet potato, spicy broccoli, raw carrots, sunflower seeds, roasted chicken, shaved parmesan, and a lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette. It can be ordered in store and on the app and sells for $14.45-$14.95
