Gotham Green's 20,000 square ft. rooftop greenhouse is now open and operational. The facility is connected to and provides produce for Whole Foods.
The greenhouse is climate controlled and uses hydroponic growing technology. A computer control system continually measures sunlight, heat, wind, humidity and more—and adjusts the greenhouse accordingly—to ensure optimal growing conditions.
The new facility will produce over 150 annual tons of vegetables and herbs. For more information on Gotham Greens, click here.
