FDA holding public meetings on proposed FSMA rule

The FDA is holding three public meetings to discuss a FSMA rule that would address the intentional adulteration of food.

The FDA is holding three public meetings to discuss the proposed rule to require domestic and foreign food facilities to address hazards that may be intentionally introduced by acts of terrorism.

The rule applies to all facilities that are required to register under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the FD&C Act). For more information on the rule change, check out the FDA page on the topic. To register go to the FDA page on the events.
