Fresh Express is adding four new Chopped Salad Kits to its lineup this spring and "leaning into globally inspired ingredients and more elevated dressing profiles that feel closer to restaurant flavors than traditional salad kits," the company said.
The new kits will be in stores March 16, 2026, with an SRP of $3.99. The new flavors include:
- Creamy Mushroom Caesar, with romaine, shaved parmesan, garlic croutons, cracked black pepper and a mushroom-forward Caesar dressing
- Tropical Mango Crunch, with romaine, red cabbage, carrots, plantain chips, roasted cashews and a tropical mango vinaigrette.
- Zesty Hawaiian Crunch, with leafy greens, cabbage, carrots, dried pineapple, macadamia nuts and a sweet Hawaiian-style dressing.
- Italian Herb & Parmesan, with iceberg, green leaf lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, focaccia croutons, shaved parmesan and an herb dressing.
"These chef-crafted, globally inspired combinations are designed to bring more depth, texture and unexpected flavor to the Fresh Express lineup of Chopped Salad Kits," the company said.
