Joe Produce, a California-based job platform for the produce industry, has launched a refreshed version of its website, which went live on March 1, 2026.
The refreshed platform was designed to streamline the job search and hiring experience, making it easier for companies to showcase opportunities and for professionals to explore roles across the produce industry.
Joe Produce serves the entire produce supply chain — from seed to store — connecting employers and professionals across growing, packing, distribution, retail and related sectors.
The refreshed website introduces improved navigation, greater visibility for employers and job postings, and a more streamlined user experience. Featured jobs are now highlighted at the top of the site and throughout the platform, employers have added visibility through a homepage slider, banner placements extend beyond the first page for increased exposure, and updated navigation helps visitors reach key information with fewer clicks.
“The produce industry runs on relationships, and that will never change,” said Julie Marcik, president of Joe Produce. “Our refreshed website brings together improved tools, easier navigation and the same hands-on support to help companies and professionals achieve better results — all while staying true to the personal approach that has always defined our company.
In addition to its job platform, Joe Produce also offers executive recruiting services through Joe Produce Search.
“The refreshed platform combines improved technology with the personal service people expect from Joe Produce,” Marcik added. “We’re committed to helping produce companies and professionals connect in the most effective way possible.”
