Maryland-based horticulture lighting company JumpLights hired Ryley Leech as vice president of sales.
Leech joins JumpLights from Dove Robotics, where he served as vice president, leading commercialization, business and partnership strategies. In an earlier role, Leech worked in global business development for Fluence, building and expanding relationships with key accounts and adapting sales strategies to market trends.
Prior to his time with Fluence, Leech founded and served as CEO of EndoCanna Labs, a Colorado-based cannabis production and research company.
“We’re thrilled to have Ryley join our team,” said JumpLights CEO John Peeler. “His experience in both the lighting and cannabis industries will enable him to provide invaluable advice and support to our customers.”
JumpLights designs and manufactures commercial LED grow lights for use in controlled environment commercial crop production by indoor growers in the cannabis and greenhouse industries.
"I am incredibly excited to join the JumpLights team during this pivotal time of growth," Leech said. "I look forward to leveraging my experience to expand our market reach and deliver innovative lighting solutions that improve outcomes for growers."
Leech is available to meet with potential JumpLights customers now. Contact him at ryley.leech@jumplights.com.
