INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Dow AgroSciences welcomes Paul Simons as the new commercial director for the U.S. Urban Pest Management business. Simons replaces Dave Morris, who recently was named U.S. government and public affairs leader for Dow AgroSciences.
In his new role, Simons will oversee Pest Management and Turf & Ornamental marketing activities nationwide and will lead global business efforts for the Sentricon System, a termite baiting system, and dithiopyr, the active ingredient in Dimension specialty herbicide.
Most recently, Simons served as the global strategic asset director for The Dow Chemical Company. Before joining Dow in 2009, he worked eight years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation in research and development, engineering, operations and logistics roles. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
