Mangoes have been linked to anti-inflammatory properties, they may promote skeletal health, and can cause reductions in short chain fatty acid (SCFA), according to a study spearheaded by Texas A&M University.
These are the preliminary findings of three novel research projects, the data of which was shared during this week’s sessions of the 2014 Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) conference, held in San Diego.
