Will you have the workforce you need to be profitable in the future?
The Ontario Greenhouse Alliance (TOGA), the strategic partnership that represents the common interests of Flowers Canada (Ontario) Inc. and The Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Growers, is preparing an action plan to ensure the answer to this question is yes.
To ensure the plan is effective, TOGA needs to understand the issues faced by greenhouse farmers.
As part of this process, a web-based survey form has been developed to collect information to help understand the workforce issues in the Ontario greenhouse industry. It would be greatly appreciated it if growers could spend the time to complete the survey to help us understand and address relevant workforce issues.

Your completed survey will be accepted until June 17, 2013.
The survey is being implemented by Planscape Inc., the lead consultant retained by TOGA for this work. All individual information will be held in strict confidence by Planscape and only aggregate data made available to TOGA and others. Nothing that could identify individual growers will be released.
Investment in this project has been provided by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada through the Canadian Agricultural Adaptation Program (CAAP). In Ontario, this program is delivered by the Agricultural Adaptation Council.
