Red Sun Farms has hired Paul Mastronardi as its business development manager.
With a background in the greenhouse industry, Mastronardi brings experience in sales, strategic growth and customer relationship management.
Mastronardi is a third-generation grower and distributor in the North American market and a graduate of Wayne State University. With experience in greenhouse operations, supply chain management and market development, Mastronardi has worked closely with retailers and foodservice partners to drive category growth and innovation. His expertise will be instrumental in expanding Red Sun Farms’ presence and strengthening partnerships across North America, the company said.

Mastronardi will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring Red Sun Farms continues to adapt to evolving market demands.
