WAPAKONETA, OH - Red Sun Farms’ has announced thatt they are a member of the state Department of Agriculture’s Ohio Proud program. Ohio Proud is a marketing association developed to promote Ohio made and grown goods throughout the state.
Red Sun Farms broke ground on their newest greenhouse and distribution center back in June and construction is on schedule in Wapakoneta. They expect to start the hiring process this fall and plant their first crop in early 2017.

Joining Ohio Proud was a natural step in integrating Red Sun Farms into the Ohio community and spirit," says Harold Paivarinta, Director of Sales and Business Development for Red Sun Farms.
Lori Panda of Ohio Proud is excited to have Red Sun Farms building a facility right in the center of the state.
