The USDA has announced that registration is now open for the third public meeting on the Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food Proposed Rule. The rule is part of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
The meeting will be held March 20 at the Harvey W. Wiley Federal Building in College Park, Md. The meeting will run from 8:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. The first and second meetings on the rule will be combined with the public meetings on the intentional adulteration of food meetings.
