Sprague Pest Solutions has promoted Michael Franks and Christian Guidry to operations manager roles.
Michael Franks, operations manager, Denver, Colorado
Franks joined Sprague in 2010. He completed Sprague’s Leadership Development Program in 2014 and was appointed as the team’s trainer technician in 2019. Earlier this year, Franks earned his Associate Certified Entomologist designation.
Also in Denver, James Mullen was recently appointed as branch manager after the previous manager, Kolbin Bertilson, was appointed regional manager.
Christian Guidry, operations manager, Seattle, Washington
Guidry joined Sprague in 2023 and has served as the branch’s safety champion by promoting a culture of workplace safety and accountability.
He joins as the second operations manager for the Seattle team, which covers a compact geographical footprint of just 80 square miles but supports a high-volume client base.
These promotions mark the third and fourth internal advancements of route managers to operations managers this year, reinforcing Sprague’s commitment to developing and recognizing emerging leaders within the organization.
“As we continue to grow and expand, we are proud to elevate talented individuals who exemplify our core values and commitment to uncompromising service,” said Shane Hartnett, director of operations. “Mike and Christian are both proven leaders whose experience, initiative and passion will undoubtedly strengthen their teams and Sprague as a whole.”
