LINX Greenhouses provides natural ventilation through its new chimney-style, poly-roof. By using the forces of convection, hot air rises up and out of the LINX chimney at the peak of the greenhouse for simple operation.
Designed for double inflated polyethylene film, the LINX chimney vent is available on all LINX greenhouses and available in 3 foot and 4 foot widths. The vent system is rack and pinion driven with incremental open and close with a motor gearbox for automatic operation by environmental control or simple thermostat. Manual operation is also available.
When used in conjunction with LINX roll-up side walls this natural ventilation system provides for uniform cooling in your greenhouse.
Alone or used in combination, these venting systems are great for all types of crops; vegetable or ornamental.
